Ceremony Seating – Taylored Tips Tuesday

In Mitch Taylor, Tuesday Taylored Tips, UP Weddings, Wedding Tips

As we all know, normally, the brides family sits on the left and the grooms family sits on the right at the wedding ceremony. This is to symbolize the support the family has for their loved one that is about to start this beautiful journey that is marriage. But, have you thought about if they’re really enjoying their seats? Mitch Taylor of Taylored Weddings brought to my attention that the bride and grooms family is (most of the time) seeing the backside of their loved one… and I think we can all agree that is not the side your family wants to be looking at during this memorable moment! So, his idea is to simply switch sides! Have the brides Parents and Grandparents sit on the grooms side and vise versa so they can have a clear view of their loved ones face. The face that has all the smiles, tears and laughter.
