Everything Included When You Hire Taylored Weddings MC/DJ services
- Up to 40 hours of planning and production and up to 6 hours of performance time
- A MC/DJ at your event to inform, guide & direct your guests and ensure everything happens how it should
- In person planning meeting with the Owner Mitch Taylor to creatively brainstorm and come up with unique ideas, normally 6 to 4 months prior to your reception
- Final planning meeting with your Master of Ceremonies to go over all of your details, typically 6-4 weeks prior to your reception
- Nationally Trained Master of Ceremonies who knows how to keep things fun and focused
- A DJ who ACTUALLY live mixes music to keep the energy on your dance floor – NO Push Play Spotify DJ here.
- Timeline creation to ensure a smooth flow for your event, allowing you to relax and enjoy your wedding day.

Peace Of Mind Month Of Event Coordination Services starting at $3495
Everything Included when you choose our Month Of Event Coordination Services
- Meet with you prior to your event to get to know your vision
- Work with you and your vision for your day to develop a comprehensive day-of schedule including all of your event pros
- Contact and communication with your event pros to develop a detailed timeline and day of event run sheet to ensure your event runs smoothly and work for everyone
- Review all of your event pro contracts to ensure efficient timing for the day and that no detail is overlooked.
- Confirmation calls with your event pros the week of the event to finalize the schedule and the timeline.
- Attending your final meeting (walk through) at your venue and reviewing the BEO (Banquet Event Order) – if needed and contracted.
- Attend and coordinate your ceremony rehearsal
- Manage event pros per client instruction
- Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glasses & cake serving set per your instructions.
- On-site coordination and supervision at your ceremony and during the reception for up to 9 hours. This includes working with all event pros such as venue, caterer, florist, musicians, photographer, videographer, baker on their setup, scheduling and service or product fulfillment.
- Coordination until all the scheduled events have taken place during your day.
- An assistant for the day of your event if your guest count exceeds 100 guests.

Everything needed for a stress-free ceremony
- Up to 1 1/2 hours of ceremony time at the event, 2 wireless lavalier microphones with up to 1 wireless handheld mic for a reading.
- Playback of Prelude music, Processional music for Groom, Wedding Party and Bride and Recessional music along with any other musical selections during the ceremony.
- Planning meeting and timeline creation for your ceremony with timeline emailed to your event pros the Monday before your wedding day.
- A/V Tech to run your ceremony sound and microphones during your ceremony.
- Rehearsal attendance if more than 1 witness standing on each side.
- Includes any travel within up to 60 miles of Escanaba, MI.

- Professional, polished and well-spoken Ministers who know how to perform your ceremony by delivering words with intention, vs. just reading from a page
- Full Wedding Ceremony Planning Kit complete with suggestions for each component of your ceremony
- Ideas for unique ceremonies including Wine, Sand, Hand Fasting and many more
- Custom script written for your wedding ceremony and 1 planning meeting to go over all of your ceremony details
- Back-up Minister on call in case of quarantine, sickness or accident
